Emily Barry Marston
My name is Emily, and I’ve always been a history buff. As a student and a teacher, I’m particularly interested in stories that make a connection to the lives of people behind the big events we usually think of as “history.” Working with artifacts that reveal what it was like to be human in the past was a highlight of this project. I hope middle schoolers all over the country will find aspects of Ben Franklin’s life and career as interesting as our students did.
